Hooray! I just sold that book on Amazon. And no, I wasn't actually reading it. I didn't really ever spend a whole lot of time actually reading it. It was indeed a very slow read.
The instructor for that class was both terrible and a prescription strength sedative... so I ended up reading the book a fair bit.
