That reminds me of the wire gates across from the machine shop entrance, but it's been most of the summer, and I don't remember that very well. I'm probably completely off target.
I keep thinking it's a tennis racket, but the material doesn't look right.

No, I actually cheated and took this photo in Digital Macro with my little point-and-shoot SD1000 :D.
